  • Let’s face it—GA4 isn’t exactly known for being user-friendly. Its reports can be difficult to navigate, visualizations are basic, and getting the insights you need often feels like a slog.

Enter Looker Studio: Google’s free, powerful data visualization tool that connects seamlessly with your GA4 data. With it, you can build dynamic, interactive dashboards that put your campaign, page, and ecommerce data at your fingertips—and even schedule automated report deliveries straight to your inbox.

In this hands-on session, we’ll roll up our sleeves and build a real GA4 dashboard together. You’ll learn the fundamentals of Looker Studio, explore best practices for data visualization, and walk away with a beautiful, customized dashboard your whole team will love (and actually use).

  • A strong email program is critical to continue to speak directly with our nearest and dearest audiences. Anticipated and relevant communication is key to maintaining our audiences' trust. In this Warm Up, we'll discuss the key components of stellar emails and dive into AI tools to work smarter, not harder, to keep email audiences engaged.

  • With Meta and other platforms emphasizing that “creative is the new targeting,” eye-catching visuals and compelling copy aren’t just nice to have—they're essential to your paid and organic efforts.

If this shift has you worried, rest assured— you don’t need a full creative team to make show-stopping content; you just need to tap into the tools already at your disposal. This hands-on workshop is designed for arts marketers looking to sharpen their digital storytelling and streamline their content creation.

Through a mix of short demos and guided practice, you’ll explore how to build engaging visuals, craft audience-focused copy, and edit video with confidence, even on a deadline. We'll walk through platforms like Canva, Adobe Premiere, and ChatGPT,  demonstrating how each can supercharge your content workflows and bring fresh energy to your creative process.
